Our President, Ted Konigsberg has been active in commercial real estate for over 30 years. He is one of the very few brokers around the world to hold the prestigious SIOR designation, and is the Chair of the Scholarship and Education Committee for the SIOR Florida Chapter. Our Director of Business Development,John Dohm, SIOR, CCIM, is one of the most highly respected commercial brokers in the country. He has been a licensed real estate broker for over 30 years and is one of 875 people in the world to hold both the SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) and CCIM (Certified Commercial Institute Member) designations. He is the only member of both organizations that has also been awarded the CFP (Certified Financial Planner) designation plus all major securities licenses. He is the past President of the SIOR Florida chapter, past CCIM district President, past President of the Realtor’s Commercial Alliance and is the outgoing Chairman of the Board of the Miami Association of Realtors. John currently serves on the Transportation Advisory Committees of Miami-Dade and Broward Counties, FDOT District 4 for Medley, the Miami River and Port Miami and as a consultant to Broward County for the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport Master Plan. The breadth of his experience and access to governmental and development officials throughout Florida is unparalleled. Financial consulting and mergers and acquisition services are provided byJane Malkin. Her job experience prior to joining us included facilitating mergers and acquisitions for Rexall Sundown, and mergers & acquisition consultancy at Ernst and Young, developing due diligence systems for their M and A consultancy division. Jane has also done project management and systems integration for CSL Behring and as a director for Norwegian Cruise Lines. Although Jane has consulted for and advised some of the largest publicly held corporations in the world, SEC regulations will not allow us to list most of her past accomplishments. Rest assured, she is highly skilled in analyzing your real estate operating requirements and identifying synergies in the business brokerage arena.
For over 20 years, Sherri Beregovoy has specialized in tenant, buyer and landlord/owner representation, industrial development projects, perishable commodities facilities research and development, CBD office leasing and sales, as well as various other industrial, office and retail projects for her clients. She is the treasurer and serves on the executive board for the Florida Customs Brokers and Forwarders Association (FCBF). She is the key advisor to the board for commercial real estate related matters . Sherri also serves as the Communications Chair for Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) in South Florida and also serves on the board of directors, as membership committee Co-Chair for the Organization for Women in Transportation (OWIT). Sherri has been the driving force in procuring sites for many fine companies in the perishables, food, pharmaceuticals and electronics industries. Current and former clients include Yamaha Latin America, Casio Latin America, Caribex Worldwide, SunBelle (Produce), Hosa International (Flowers), Blooms Express (Flowers), Advance Tire, LiasionCan US (Pharmaceuticals), Quality International, Pure Formulas, Emerald Farms (Flowers), World’s Best Tropical, Passion Growers, Yusen Air & Sea, and Bravo Supermarket. She is also the exclusive leasing agent for Corporate Park of Doral, one of the largest office parks in the Doral submarket.
Andrew Beregovoy is the newest member of our family. He has literally grown up in the business and truly “hit the ground running” with us. He works mostly in the Doral and Airport West submarkets, and concentrates on buyer/tenant representation in the industrial and office segments. Andrew’s tenacity, boundless energy and enthusiasm impress everyone he works with, as does his work ethic. This young man has a great future in this industry!
Lissette Gonzalez is a licensed Broker, and has been active for over 11 years in the South Florida commercial real estate industry. She has engaged in owner and buyer representation, landlord and tenant representation, property management, bank-owned and trustee/receivership while remaining fully committed to serving the needs and goals of her clients. Since 2006, Lissette has been the exclusive owner’s agent at the Miami Airport Center, a 597,000-square-foot office and mixed use development adjacent to Miami International Airport, in addition to representing the interests of independent and institutional clients throughout Miami-Dade County. She is a member of the Miami Association of Realtors, Realtor’s Commercial Alliance and the Commercial Industrial Association of South Florida. Prior to her career in real estate, Lissette spent 6 years as an account executive for Visa International in its Latin American division. Her integrity, dedication, transparency, enthusiasm and continuous efforts towards process improvement are well known in our real estate community.
Jeremy Bedzow is a well-known force in the multi-family development segment of our industry. He has extensive experience in the civil engineering arena, and has held positions with Cemex, Structural Preservation Systems, Arise Virtual Solutions, LGT Venture Philanthropy and served as Special Projects Manager, Middle East and Africa for Microsoft. Jeremy has earned an International MBA and is a Six-Sigma black belt with business and property development experience across 4 continents. He is currently developing multi-family mid to high density projects across South Florida with investors and family members. His rigorous analytic capabilities bring a rare discipline to site selection and construction processes. Jeremy welcomes opportunities to joint venture with and serve sophisticated developers and capital partners.
Mary Hames-McBride is our Administrative Manager and marketing services professional. She has decades of experience in office management, HR administration and 15 years in the commercial real estate industry. Mary comes to us from Colliers International, where she coordinated the activities of many highly respected commercial brokers. Mary assures our marketing services are second to none, and that team members on all projects are advised of scheduling and deadlines. She is the key element that holds our team together.
